Serves 4 Calzon i: 600g pizza dough - peeled tomatoes - 300g mozzarella cheese - oil - salt - basil.
Spread 4 round pizzas.
In a bowl put mozzarella, diced and well drained, drained and chopped the palate, a good pinch of salt and basil leaves.
Mix well.
Distribute the filling on each pizza, but being careful to put only on one half of the disc of dough.
Close then half of dough left blank on the form as filled with half-moons that will be our pants.
Sigillare bene i bordi con le dita.
Infornare i calzoni per 20-25 minuti in forno giĆ caldo a 220°.
