Amatriciana Swordfish


Serves 4: 400g pasta (eg. Tortiglioni) - 300g swordfish - 2 medium onions - 300g cherry tomatoes or tomato sauce - olive oil 100gr - 100gr cream - 1 glass of white wine - pepper - salt - basil.

Lightly brown the sliced \u200b\u200bonions in a pan with oil and chilli. Then add
swordfish, cut into cubes and sauté briefly stirring.
Wet with the wine and continue cooking until this will not be blurred.
Add then chopped tomatoes or tomato puree, salt and cook for about ten minutes.
almost cooked scented with a few basil leaves and add cream.
Mix well and when the sauce reaches the right consistency, pour into the boiled and drained pasta al dente.
Skip the pasta with the sauce in the pan for a few moments and then turn off the heat, spread on plates and serve.

Salt Plum Cake with Mortadella Olive


Ingredients: 140g white bread
- 60g flour - 3 eggs - 200ml milk - yeast 1bustina pies - 150g mortadella - pistachio 30g - 100g pitted green olives - 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 40g grated parmesan cheese - salt and pepper.

Remove the crust from white bread, crumble and put into a bowl with warm milk.
When the bread has absorbed milk, pass in a bowl bigger and join eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, finely chopped mortadella, pistachio nuts and chopped olives into slices.
Mix thoroughly and then add also oil and baking powder, salt and regular season col pepe.
Impastare bene tutto.
Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo da plum cake e poi versarvi il composto.
Cuocere in forno a 180° per 35 minuti circa ( se ventilato bastano 25 minuti ).

and Four Cheeses Pizza Calzone


Ingredienti per 4 pizze: 600gr pasta per pizza - pomodori pelati - 250gr mozzarella - 100gr parmigiano - 100gr provolone - 100gr gorgonzola - sale e pepe.


Scolare the peeled and chopped in a bowl with a knife.
Reduce all cheeses into cubes and mix them in a bowl.
Spread 4 round pizzas and Spread evenly over the tomatoes first, leaving about 2 cm around the edge and then cheese.
Complete with a pinch of salt, ground pepper and a drizzle of oil.
Bake pizza 25 minutes at 220 degrees.
