Ingredients: 140g white bread - 60g flour - 3 eggs - 200ml milk - yeast 1bustina pies - 150g mortadella - pistachio 30g - 100g pitted green olives - 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil - 40g grated parmesan cheese - salt and pepper.
Remove the crust from white bread, crumble and put into a bowl with warm milk.
When the bread has absorbed milk, pass in a bowl bigger and join eggs, flour, Parmesan cheese, finely chopped mortadella, pistachio nuts and chopped olives into slices.
Mix thoroughly and then add also oil and baking powder, salt and regular season col pepe.
Impastare bene tutto.
Imburrare e infarinare uno stampo da plum cake e poi versarvi il composto.
Cuocere in forno a 180° per 35 minuti circa ( se ventilato bastano 25 minuti ).
