Ingredients: 1kg flour 00 (or half 00 and half of Manitoba) - 30g fresh yeast (1 cube and a bit) - 100g butter - 3 tablespoons oil olive oil - salt to taste - lukewarm water (you can also replace some with milk)
Place the flour and put you in the middle of the salt, melted butter (be careful not to burn it!) , oil and yeast dissolved in a little 'warm water.
Work the mixture until a smooth paste.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth and let it rest for an hour. When the dough has doubled in volume, transfer in a rectangular mold well greased and floured.
Bake at 180 ° C for half an hour.
